"We had a bit of a disaster when a storm hit and damaged part of our roof. I was really worried about leaks because the wind had lifted the tiles, leaving the roof exposed. Radek came to the rescue on very short notice. He put up tarpaulin straight away to keep us dry, which was a huge relief. Then, he got to work on a permanent fix—securing the loose batons, repairing the verge, and putting the tiles back in place. He had everything sorted in just a few days, and the roof is now completely watertight. I’m really happy with the job he did. Radek is someone you can count on, always prompt, and skilled at what he does. If I ever need anything else fixed, he’ll be the first person I call."
